The Alliance is governed by a high-profile Board of Directors, headed by Dr. Naeem Zafar as an interim chairman. The Board includes serving and retired government officials, representatives of civil society organizations, academia, researchers and practitioners, who are making a difference in the fields of early childhood development, education, health, nutrition and community development. The Alliance’s secretariat is located in Islamabad.

Ms. Shandana Khan has undertaken consulting work for the replication of the RSP approach in South Asia, under UNDP’s South Asia Poverty Alleviation Programme, in the Maldives and Nepal.
